Welcome to Fleur by Fable & Femme. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Fleur by Fable & Femme, a trading name of Fable and Femme Ltd. We operate this website and online store, including all information, content, features, tools, products and services (the Services). Our store is powered by Shopify, which helps us provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced here, set out your rights and responsibilities when using the Services. They must be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

By accessing, browsing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Section 1 - Access and Account

By using the Services you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or otherwise legally capable of entering into contracts under UK law. Our products are age-restricted, so you may be asked to verify your age before completing a purchase.

To make a purchase you may be asked to provide personal information including your contact, billing and shipping details. You confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You must not share your account details with anyone else.

Section 2 - Our Products

We aim to display our products accurately, including their appearance and packaging, but please be aware that colours can vary depending on your device settings and that some variation between batches is normal.

We do not guarantee that products will match images exactly. All product descriptions may change without notice and products may be withdrawn at any time.

Section 3 - CBD Product Information and Health Disclaimer

Our CBD products are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and have not been evaluated by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) or the Food Standards Agency (FSA) for these purposes.

You should not rely on our products as a substitute for professional medical advice. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any medication, or have an existing medical condition, please consult your GP or another qualified healthcare professional before use.

Keep all products out of reach of children. Our products are intended for use by adults aged 18 and over only.

Each batch is lab-tested, and our products are formulated to comply with UK limits on controlled cannabinoids. A Certificate of Analysis is available for each batch on request.

It is your responsibility to check that CBD products can lawfully be received at your delivery address before ordering.

Section 4 - Orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. We will confirm acceptance by email. Until we confirm acceptance, there is no binding contract.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are legally entitled to purchase and receive CBD products at your chosen delivery address.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law always apply. These Terms do not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Orders may be refused or cancelled if, for example, stock becomes unavailable, we cannot verify your age or delivery eligibility, or payment cannot be processed. We will notify you if this happens.

Any returns or exchanges must be made in accordance with our Refund Policy.

All purchases must be for personal use only and not for resale.

Section 5 - Prices and Billing

Prices may change at any time before your order is accepted. Prices displayed include VAT where applicable but exclude delivery charges unless stated otherwise.

Due to payment processing restrictions on CBD products, we may only be able to accept a limited range of payment methods, such as Klarna. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information. You confirm that the payment method used belongs to you and that you are authorised to use it.

Section 6 - Shipping and Delivery

Fleur by Fable & Femme currently ships within the United Kingdom only. Delivery times are estimates only, and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or any courier.

It is your responsibility to check that CBD products may lawfully be imported to your delivery address. We are not liable for parcels seized, refused or destroyed by customs as a result.

Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered. Ownership passes only when full payment has been received.

If goods arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue in accordance with your consumer rights.

Section 7 - Intellectual Property

All trademarks, text, images, graphics and content on the Services are owned by CBD by Fable & Femme or our licensors. You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our written permission.

Section 8 - Optional Tools

We may provide access to third party tools or features. These are provided without warranties and you use them entirely at your own risk. You must review and agree to any third party terms.

Section 9 - Third Party Links

The Services may include links to third party websites. We are not responsible for their content and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of them. You should review their terms and policies before interacting with them.

Section 10 - Relationship with Shopify

Fleur by Fable & Femme is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly between you and Fleur by Fable & Femme. Shopify is not responsible for any part of the transaction.

Section 11 - Privacy Policy

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Shopify's Privacy Policy. Data may be transferred and processed outside the UK when necessary to provide the Services.

Section 12 - Feedback

Any feedback, reviews or suggestions you submit may be used by us for any purpose. You confirm that your feedback is your own and does not infringe the rights of others.

Section 13 - Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally there may be errors relating to product details or pricing. We may update information or cancel orders where necessary in line with UK consumer law.
